About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
Supporting small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts
Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supervising students during non-instructional times, such as during breaks and lunchtimes
Contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessonsCandidate Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students' individual needs
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A proactive and flexible attitude to adapt to various classroom situations
