The company specialise in the design and manufacture of quality custom round shank tooling dealing with milling, drilling, and reaming tools. The company operate in a variety of different industries ranging from aerospace and defence to automotive along with hydraulics and fluid power.

The role will see you working alongside the operations manager and making sure all customer orders are carried out smoothly. You will also ensure all sequencing of tools are organised as well as carrying out interviews for new potential candidates and ensuring the production process is run efficiently and maintaining effective collaboration between design and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have good experience and understanding of the manufacturing process and a understanding of round shank cutting tools with preferable previous experience in management.

The Person,

Experience Machine Shop Manager/ Production Manager/ Works Manager/ CNC Team Leader or similar experience
- Experience in the manufacturing environment
- Warwick Based
- Drilling and Milling experience.
