The vacancy

DN Colleges are recruiting a Customer Services Assistant to work at University Campus North Lincolnshire.

The purpose of this role is the management and response of email, telephone and face-to-face enquiries from both internal and external customers. As a Customer Services Assistant, your work is vital in ensuring a positive customer experience for prospective students, customers, colleagues and visitors. You will be responsible for considering and complying with the regulatory and legislative requirements of the Group, and working in line with the Groups approved strategies, policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have GCSE's in Maths & English, and have a Level 2 qualification in a relevant field (or have equivalent experience/ technical expertise).

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal
