Rocasa Consulting are looking for an expereinced Team Leader to a join a friendly team, working for a homeless charity in a supported accommodation environment in Central Bath. Experience working with young adults with complex needs is essential. Managerial Experience is desirable also.
Role includes:
* Full time 37.5 hrs
* £28,753 per year
* Based in a supported housing accommodation in Bath (BA2)
* Participation in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in every 4 weeks)
* Maintain and provide KPI stats and information for accurate reporting
* Manage local projects, whilst maintaining a visible and active presence
* Proven knowledge and understanding of the care / support for people experiencing social exclusion
* Assisting team of support workers with daily tasks
* Providing emotional support to clients
* Safeguarding clients whereever necessary

- managerial experience in a support/care environment
