Join Our Team as a Spanish & French Language Teacher at a Swindon Secondary School from September 2024!
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to teach at a secondary school in Swindon? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic position for a dedicated MFL teacher to join our client school from September 2024. This long-term role offers a blend of teaching French and Spanish across KS3 & KS4 and it is to cover Maternity from September to Christmas 2024. More opportunities may arise in January 2025 if you impress!

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and Spanish to GCSE.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
* Plan and prepare lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities within the class.
* Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider MFL department and school initiatives.
* Participate in parents' evenings and school events to establish effective communication with parents/guardians.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
* Specialisation or experience in teaching French and Spanish.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* A passion for languages and the ability to inspire students in their language learning journey.
* Excellent classroom management skills, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
