Are you a motivated individual who has the ability to drive a team of staff within both the warehouse and the sales department? I am recruiting for my client who has an established trusted name within the exhibition and events industry, to have a workshop manager join them on a permanent basis.

Monday-Friday
Flexibility on working hours as long as 40-45 hours are worked each week.
The responsibilities of the Workshop Manager:
Maintain awareness and ensure full compliance with Health and Safety is adhered to
Checking quality control
Scheduling and monitoring timelines
Managing staff within the sales department as well as on the shop floor
Ensuring all work is carried out in a timely manner and
The successful Workshop Manager must:
Have a strong knowledge of HR and Health and Safety
Have joinery experience
Be compliance efficient
Have previously worked within the exhibition or events industry
