Project Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor l Tier 1 Main Contractor l WC1 London
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and the company will not provide sponsorship.
This leading Tier 1, main contractor has been awarded a new project in the West End of London and has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to be involved as the number two commercially on the site.
As Quantity Surveyor you will work under a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a wealth of experience that will assist in developing your surveying skills. Procurement will be the initial task and as the project progresses you will be given further responsibilities.
The project will start on site within the next 4 weeks and is a commercial refurbishment on Baker Street, London and has a value of £20m. You will have worked for tier 1 main contractors for at least 5yrs and have a good basic grounding as a Quantity Surveyor to assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
