The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, efficiently manage resources, and deliver exceptional grounds maintenance services including weeding, cleaning, lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and general maintenance tasks.
Key Requirements:
Full UK driving license - Preferable due to the location
Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented work ethic
Proficient in using a variety of power tools and equipment
Thorough understanding of Health & Safety protocols and procedures
Track record of achieving and exceeding business goals
Familiarity with quality standards and customer specifications
