Overview:
Working for a independent Charity, you will be responsible for building and leading a new employability programme, creating partnerships with organisations, and supporting individuals in their journey towards employment, education, or training.
A typical week:
* Create & implement programme structure model
* Recruit & induct programme participants
* Deliver training sessions individually & in groups
* Develop & nurture external relationships
You'll need the following for this role:
* Confident delivering training & workshops
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Experience with unemployed individuals (desirable)
* Car driver (essential)
