The Company you’ll work for:
We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Sunderland for their search for a HR Advisor. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a temporary assignment to start as soon as possible.
The job you’ll do:
* Support the HR Business Partners with the provision of general HR advice to managers and employees on routine HR issues, HR policies and procedures and terms and conditions of service.
* You will be required to take an active role in supporting casework across the company, e.g. investigations, grievance, and capability, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Attendance management.
* You will support managers at review meetings taking a proactive role to reduce absence to help achieve company targets.
* The successful candidate will assist in researching and developing policy and guidance documents and draft reports and dashboards to be shared with senior management.
* You will facilitate the arrangement of regular meetings to include scheduling, room booking, producing agendas, note taking and general administrative support.
About you:
* Sound knowledge of attendance management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and recruitment.
* Applicants will be working toward or have achieved a CIPD qualification.
* Strong administration skills
* Must be IT literate
* Excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail
