A rapidly expanding nationwide business at the forefront of high-growth and innovation, is actively searching for a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join a dynamic team in Newcastle. Responsibilities:
As a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor you will lead and contribute to significant commercial projects. Key responsibilities include  

Project Management: Oversee large commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Building Surveys: Conduct comprehensive building surveys, assessments, and inspections, providing expert advice to clients.
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in building surveying, staying abreast of industry best practices and innovations. Qualifications and Skills:     
Chartered Building Surveyor with MRICS status.
Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial projects.
Strong understanding of building surveying techniques and practices.
Excellent project management and client-facing skills.
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
