Contact Centre Manager
Salary: From £40,000, plus excellent benefits package

Scania have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional people manager to join our Marketing team as our Contact Centre Manager. You will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to motivate your team to reach their goals, and you will be able to react quickly in a dynamic work setting. 
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of our growing Contact Centre, you will plan and deliver strategies which positively impact Scania’s vision, goals and profitability.
Previous Contact Centre management will be a bonus but is not a necessity. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead, motivate and manage the team to deliver high quality results and a timely service to the organisation.
•    Manage the daily operation of the Contact Centre to include resource planning, people management, processes, and compliance.
•    Maintain up to date knowledge of industry developments, products and services that you will be representing in your daily activity.
•    Record statistics and performance levels of the Contact Centre activity, from an overall perspective and on individual campaigns.
•    Update campaign owners on daily results and feedback for all live campaigns. 
•    Work in an agile manner to ensure remedial actions can be taken quickly to modify a campaign approach if required to increase the result.
•    Forecast results and resource on a weekly and monthly basis.
