School Site Manager

Are you a driven and experienced School Site Manager looking for a new opportunity in Manchester?
Red Rock Consultants recruitment specialists are working in partnership with a college in South Manchester with the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager to join their fantastic site team at an exciting time for the school as they prepare for an expansion. The successful site manager will work with the project management consultants to ensure a successful expansion of this heavily oversubscribed Manchester school.
The successful candidate will also work alongside the site staff to undertake all the usual aspects of school site management to ensure the school is clean, secure and compliant at all times, whilst responding to the ever-changing priorities during the school day.
This may suit an existing School Site Manager looking for progression or someone who has worked within a similar site management role looking for a change of direction.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding and some experience of:
* Planning and implementation of site projects.
* Staff supervision.
* Basic building maintenance.
* Sound Health & Safety procedures knowledge
* Using their own initiative and problem solving independently.
* Working to tight deadlines as and when required to do so.
