The role
Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager you will oversee and manage the training and compliance initiatives within our clients organisation, ensuring adherence to legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies. You will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager and the Technical Manager to implement effective training programs, monitor regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of food safety, health and safety and continuous improvement.
You will run the internal audits program, engage relevant staff in advance and prepare to ensure the maximum benefit is achieved from the internal audits, also prepare for planned customer visits, review historical actions and arrange preparation meetings to ensure the purpose and expectations of the visits are effectively communicated to all areas.
The person
Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy who can take responsibility for their key duties and their performance, you will have strong communication skills, both verbal and strong organisational and interpersonal skills, proactive and flexible in working approach and FMCG experience would be advantageous.
