Mechanical Estimator

My client are a leading mechanical and electrical engineering contractor who have gained a noteworthy reputation for delivering high-quality and trustworthy Mechanical and Electrical services across the UK.

They provide a full range of mechanical and electrical services across the public and private sectors delivering projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure sectors.

They are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team.

As a Mechanical Estimator, your duties will include:

Reviewing agreed tenders, analysing specifications, and designs to complete take offs
Calculating the cost of materials, labour, and prelims
Obtaining quotes from specialist or named suppliers
Communication with clients to manage needs and expectations
Visiting prospective sites to support tender bids
