Ideal Applicants:

Passionate about the continuing learning and development of young people
Have experience working in education or with young people either in a work or personal capacity
Be a proactive person willing to get involved and dedicate yourself to excelling within your role
Driving License and vehicle is preferred but not essential
Strong behaviour management skills
Experience with SEN/Care
Strong and Effective communication skills 
Key Responsibilities 

Assist in the educational and social development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Support the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons
Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN
Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Look after the safety and well-being of students
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Teaching Assistant/Education based Qualification preferred but not essential

Be willing to apply for a Child Workforce DBS if successful at interview

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
