Window and Door Estimator

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door business who are looking for an experienced window and door estimator to join their expanding team.

Our client, have been manufacturing, supplying and installing high-end windows and doors to the commercial market for over 25 years. They are known for their outstanding product quality and customer/client satisfaction.

The right candidate for this role will have experience estimating aluminium windows and doors in the UK.

The role:

* Placing orders using fenestration specific software Logikal

* Gathering information for quotes for jobs

* Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time

* Liaising with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations

* Advising and supporting clients with specification and compliance queries

* Extracting information from tender drawings to allow quotations to be prepared and submitted

* Maintaining and developing professional relationships with current clients

* Liaise with Architects and house builders

* Other duties where required

* Training will be given where needed

The candidate:

* Must have current/recent experience Order Processing and Estimating windows and doors

* Have experience using the Logikal software is a must

* Experience reading and creating technical drawings

* Be able to manage own workload and meet deadlines

* Excellent attention to detail

* Must currently reside in the UK
