Salary: £30,000 + 20% commission
 
My client is a well-established mortgage and financial advisory firm based in Surrey, serving clients across the South East. They are looking for an experienced mortgage adviser to join our growing team and take on an existing client book. This is a reactive business with a great back book of returning clients.
There is also full admin support provided. Key responsibilities for this Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor role
Advising clients on appropriate mortgage products to suit their needs
Analysing clients' finances to determine loan eligibility and affordability
Processing mortgage applications and supporting clients through underwriting
Managing a caseload of around 15 mortgages per month
Building relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 2 years experience in mortgage advisory services
Must have a relevant mortgage qualification (CeMAP or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of UK mortgage products, regulations and underwriting guidelines
Ability to analyse client finances and source suitable lending solutions
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Target driven with focus on quality advice and compliance Video interviews will be submitted as part of the process 
 
We provide full-time administrative support so you can focus on providing expert advice. There is huge potential to grow your own client book in this role.
