Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Construction firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Project Manager in Portage, MI.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for project schedule, quality, and safety
Participate in interview preparations for negotiated bids and writing bid scopes
Scheduling and planning of awarded projects
Evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods
Manage and ensure project materials are on site at the appropriate times
Maintain proper construction workflows and accounting practices
Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and local building codes
Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractor
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred but not required if the applicant has enough relevant construction experience
5+ years of project management experience in the residential construction industry
Experience reading blueprints
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills
Effective conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Builder Trend
Benefits
Salary: $70K/yr - $110K/yr negotiable
