Due to continued expansion across the business, our client, a market leading manufacturer is seeking to enhance its team with the appointment of a Machine Operator on site.

This role offers the opportunity to work for a true market leader and established global brand. With progressive training and development this role allows potential promotion in the longer term. With a long established presence on a UK wide scale and a consistent order book this opportunity will appeal to a candidate looking for job security and a technical challenge.

Role Description

Removal of finished goods pallets from the line
Use of an EPED Truck (Onsite Training can be provided)
Completing all relevant documentation & records
Ensuring the finished goods pallets have the correct identification label
Maintaining / routine operation of an auto packer & Shrink wrapper
Troubleshoot minor technical issues
Ensure that adequate packing supplies are stocked both in & around the packing machine.
Inspection / Reworking of finished goods pallets.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent Health & Safety awareness.
Experience operating an automated packing machine.
A clear understanding of basic troubleshooting.
Flexibility to support company requirements.
