Seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter that can work on Engineering roles for a Global Manufacturer in Richardson, TX. The client is seeking to add recruiters to the team that have good sourcing skills and can source, screen and hire both Professional and Factory Labor skill sets.
* This person will be focused on recruiting salary roles for their Stuttgart, AR factory location. The roles will be various professional and mid-management type roles. i.e. production supervisors, engineers, buyers, etc
* MANUFACTURING RECRUITING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
* This person needs to be a STRONG sourcer.
LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080
POSITION: Contract
SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM
PAY RANGE: $37.00hr

The role is a full cycle Recruiter who is specialized in filling Engineering positions for our factory locations. The key here is experience recruiting for rural factory locations. This person will source candidates for Stuttgart, AR salaried roles and conduct a thorough phone screen. Then, they would present the candidate to HR and the Hiring Manager.. The roles will be various professional and mid-management type roles. i.e. production supervisors, engineers, buyers, etc
* Hardware Engineer
* Mechanical Engineer
* Lead Embedded Software Engineer
* Electrical Engineer
* Mechanical Engineering Technician
* Product Development Engineer
* Quality Engineer Additional Information:
* Under general direction, performs a full scope of activities associated with the development of comprehensive recruiting and employment of new employees at all levels of jobs within the company.
* Acts as internal staff consultant for line and staff management on employment matters assisting in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of most qualified candidates.
* Participates in and formulates basic recommendations in the development of short and long range manpower and employment objectives.
* Reviews resumes and interviews and screens applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.
* Coordinates reference checks and evaluates reference data concerning previous employment record and makes employment recommendations.
* Establishes and maintains contact with a variety of potential applicant resources including search firms, governmental agencies, college placement centers, trade schools, and related organizations.
* Develops advertising campaigns, determining ad placement and coordinating advertising schedules in appropriate media.
* May provide technical leadership to lower-level employment staff.
* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Requires at least 5 years related experience.
* Functional knowledge of local and national employment market characteristics, successful recruiting programs, minority recruiting and identification of applicant sources.
* Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity. Requirements:
MANUFACTURING SOURCING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
ICims experience strongly preferred
