The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing sector, particularly in commercial glass and construction processes, paired with a robust background in project management.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Lead the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Craft detailed project plans, establish timelines, and set budgets to ensure smooth project execution.
Client Interaction:
Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining open lines of communication about project progress and resolving any issues that arise.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and proactive management of expectations.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and manage project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Mentor team members, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives.
Resource Management:
Strategically allocate project resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage project finances, closely monitoring budgets and timelines to meet financial targets.
Quality Assurance:
Uphold the highest quality standards through the implementation of rigorous quality control processes.
Oversee inspections and ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards and client specifications.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience in project management within the manufacturing sector, with a preference for those with a background in glass manufacturing or similar fields.
