The BDR Manager will help us scale Tapcheck’s Business Development program in North America. Reporting to the Director, Business Development, you'll be an important contributor to the Sales leadership team. We are looking for candidates who are data-driven, with an understanding of top of the funnel and pipeline metrics, excels at coaching and motivating a team, and has experience hiring top BDR talent. This is a hybrid role, and the BDR Manager will report to the Plano office 3x a week. 
What You’ll Do: 
Manage, develop, and hire a team of Sales Development Representatives
Coach early-stage sales professionals
Work with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of campaigns, while providing constructive input to develop new campaigns
Design and implement efficient, scalable processes for lead generation, qualification, and handover within the sales team
Develop relationships with Sales segments to ensure positive working relationships and maximize the effectiveness of sales development
Help create a place where people love coming to work by maintaining a high level of enthusiasm 
What You’ll Bring: 
2-3+ years of experience as an SDR manager in technology/software/SaaS
5+ years of experience in sales
Experience managing outbound pipeline generation motions
Passion for coaching and developing talent
Highly data-driven, constant optimization of activities and outputs
Experience with common sales tech stack tools: (url removed), Outreach.io, and Zoominfo
