Customer Success Consultant- eduFOCUS has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Success Consultant to join our growing, vibrant, and friendly team! The position will be office based in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

The Customer Success Consultant position is to ensure that our existing clients are having a positive experience working with us. EVOLVE is widely regarded as the industry standard Trip, Club and Activity management solution for more than 240 Borough and County Councils/Multi-Academy Trusts and more than 21,000 schools, academies, and colleges in the UK and beyond.

As our Customer Success Consultant, you will conduct client review meetings to ensure positive working relationships. The meetings will mainly be conducted through Microsoft Teams, with opportunities to connect offsite at various events in schools, conferences, and trade shows. You will also be providing telephone and email support for existing clients and prospective clients.

Other key responsibilities include:

Support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Engage with customers to evaluate their satisfaction, identify potential issues, and enhance their experience.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer preferences and feedback are incorporated into every aspect of business.
Complete administrative tasks related to implementing new orders, renewal orders and client invoicing and send reports/updates to Office Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent role. In return we are offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) including 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Hours are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

You must live within commutable distance of Woodbridge as the role is office based.
