Senior Quantity Surveyor (Remote) (Outside IR35)

Managing all aspects of the quantity surveying function.
Overseeing cost control, budget management, and financial reporting.
Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and relevant regulations.
Collaborating with project teams to optimise cost-effectiveness.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Providing accurate and timely project cost analysis.

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on NEC contracts.
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Leadership skills to guide junior team members.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, CostX).
