We are recruiting for a Telesales professional to Join a dynamic team in Cheltenham.
Job Description:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting leads into sales through outbound calls. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and meeting targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers
Record and update customer information in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales and customer service orientation
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
