Hours:              Full-time, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

This role will sit within the New Business property Team and report directly to the Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

Leading  the Property New Business Team enabling them to operate efficiently.
Managing and Supervising Team members.
Responsible for ensuring new business KPI targets met.
Maintaining good relationships with new business introducers.
Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their move.
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
Preparing correspondence using a case management system.
Complete staff member probation reviews.
Liaise with Fee Earners as to relationships/capacity.
Candidate Profile:

Excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing.
Understand the importance of a new business operation within a legal environment.
Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
Have the ability to work under pressure.
Ideally a background in sales.
Experience in monitoring staff progression.
Be able to oversee referral fee payments (check and arrange payments)
