Our client based in Milton Keynes is currently looking to recruit FLT Counterbalance Drivers for 2 different shifts.
AM or PM Shift l Monday to Friday l £12.75 - £13.75ph
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable FLT (Forklift Truck) Counterbalance Driver to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload pallets in the warehouse. This role requires a high level of precision, safety awareness, and teamwork.
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to transport pallets and materials within the warehouse.
Load and unload goods from vehicles and stack them in designated areas.
Ensure pallets and materials are stored safely and efficiently.
Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organised workspace.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet operational goals.AM Shift: (Apply online only) (£12.75ph)
PM Shift: 10:30 - 19:30 (£13.75ph)
Successful Applicants
Valid FLT Counterbalance license (In house licences not accepted)
Proven experience as a forklift driver, preferably within a warehouse or distribution setting.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.To apply
