Salary: £30000-£40000 (Dependent on experience)

We are searching for a talented and passionate Architectural Technologist with a keen eye for detail to join a well-established practice in Cheshire. The RIBA chartered practice has a vibrant portfolio and provides bespoke architectural designs across the Hospitality, Residential and Commercial sectors. The friendly team always provide imaginative and innovative solutions to ensure every client's brief is exceeded.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient post qualification experience and should bring exceptional technical abilities and creative design skills. Ideally, you will have worked on Commercial and Residential projects and should be comfortable managing a small team. Microstation knowledge is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
Significant post-qualification experience
CIAT accredited, or working towards depending on your level
Residential and/or Commercial experience is beneficial
Brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations
Confident liaising with clients to ensure their brief is met
Able to manage a small team
Ensure that all deadlines are met to the highest standard
Great verbal and written communication skills
Must live local to Cheshire West
