Working for an MSP based in Cambridgeshire, you will get the chance to support a client base which stems across the UK, with the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology!
Being a pivotal member to the team it will be your responsibility to work towards SLA's to provide full end user and infrastructure support for desktops and computers, whilst installing and configuring IT equipment at various sites.
Other responsibilities:
Provide training on how to use various equipment, applications and systems
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
Complete basic networking tasks
Be involved with any deployment / migration projects
Key Skills:
Experience working in a similar IT related role
Strong background with Windows and Microsoft products
A general understanding of networking and servers
A working knowledge of cloud based technologies such as Azure or AWS
