Management Accountant

NXTGEN Recruitment are pleased to be working in partnership with a very well know brand south of Norwich who seek a management accountant to join their growing team. The business has recently gone through a period of growth and business acquisition creating the need for a Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA Management Accountant to join the team. The role will offer a varied day but will be best suited to those who are technically and analytically minded. A big part of the role is to be able to manipulate data within excel and show both speed and accuracy in delivering a quick but accurate turnaround on management accounts. You will play a key role in the analysis and reporting on monthly management packs and support the SLT in decision making.

The main duties are:

Production of monthly management accounts packs
VAT returns, and other statutory returns
Prepare weekly reports for stakeholders and Head of Finance
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Speedy manipulation of data within Excel
Preparation of year end audit files.
Working closely with other members of the accounts teamIf you are a part qualified or qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA candidate then I would like to hear from you today. You need to be able to demonstrate speed and accuracy in the production of management accounts while upholding the ability to manage your clients expectations. Being able to communicate effectively in this role is essential as you will be playing a key role in reporting and presenting to the SLT. This is a fantastic role in a very well run business. Salary DOE 35,000-£38,000
