Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has come up with our top legal client for an experienced conveyancer to join their team close to Grantham. Our client is a well established firm, dating back to the late 90's, offering multi-service.
This position will be a hybrid role and for the right person, if experienced, will consider 1-2 days in the office only.
The ideal candidate:
* Ideally qualified to CLC, CILEX or Solicitor level in conveyancing.
* Experience dealing with sale, purchase and transfer transactions.
* Experience dealing with freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
* Able to manage a conveyancing caseload independently from pre to post-completion.
* Confident working between estate workers, clients and lenders.
* Commercial property experience is preferable but not essential.
