T heessential requirements of the job include:

• University'sdegree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration& Management

• Minimum 3years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBPpossibly in a matrixenvironment

• Soundedknowledge on German Labor and SocialLaw

• Experience in workingwith Work Council

• FluentGerman, fluentEnglish
