What Will You Do?As a Coding Quality Review (CQR) Specialist, you'll work remotely, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and policies. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and performing quality reviews for inpatient and outpatient coding.
Assisting in ensuring coding staff adherence to coding guidelines and policies.
Applying expert knowledge of medical coding practices.
Participating in special reviews or projects.
Maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
What Will You Need?
Undergraduate degree in HIM/HIT preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' acute care inpatient coding experience.
Minimum of 3 years' coding auditing/monitoring experience strongly preferred.
RHIA, RHIT certification mandatory.
Must have inpatient acute care experience.
Please note: Remote work positions are not available for candidates residing in California or Colorado.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.28 - $50.00 per hour
