Physician Assistant
1. RESUME (ensure they give you a minimum of 5 years)
2. ACLS Certification (check expiration date), and BLS
3. Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioners in any of the 50 states
4. Not on the OIG exclusion list
5. US Citizen
6. Immunizations, Covid 19
7. Proof of Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Care Nurse Practitioner, certified in Family Practice National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
8. VA experience preferred but not mandatory
