Operations Digitalization Transformation Manager (f/m/d) STELLEN ID: EMEA04437 STANDORT: Hilden QIAGEN has embarked on an exciting digital journey to transform our global operations and are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join us as an Operations Digitalization Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, project management, and a deep understanding of operations. Task Description: Drive and support the development and implementation of digitalization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities in various operational processes. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems and technologies. Manage and oversee projects related to digital transformation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. Conduct regular assessments of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the biotech industry to drive continuous improvement. Provide training and support to teams adopting new digital tools and technologies. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Operations Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or Science); Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in executing digitalization projects within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, familiarity with regulatory requirements in the biotech sector is a plus. Strong understanding of biotech operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality management processes. Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
