Evolve is recruiting for an innovative, market-leading Respiratory organisation who are looking for a Regional Business Manager, to lead, manage and coach a team to promote their specialist care portfolio for Inhalers into key HCPs across North Yorkshire and Humberside.

Ideal requirements for the Regional Business Manager role.
* Ideally experienced as a sales manager with a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
* ABPI Qualified.
* A good understanding of the NHS / Healthcare Environment.
Role Responsibilities for the Regional Business Manager role.
* To increase company revenues and market share of the Respiratory Portfolio through the effective management of a team of field sales personnel.
* To support and manage team members, and develop talent, through regular field visits, in line with objectives, and build strong relationships across the team to promote collaborative working.
