Basic salary negotiable
Genuine OTE £100,000k plus
Office hours Monday to Friday (5pm finish)
Our client a highly successful directly authorised specialist mortgage brokerage are seeking to appoint an experienced mortgage specialist to work form their offices in Godalming.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a company that have ambitious growth plans.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria.
* Hold for Cemap or equivalent.
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience within bridging/specialist lending.
* A proven history of writing quality volume business together with a genuine desire to achieve a significant income.
* Able to demonstrate previous work within bridging finance.
The client has a proven lead source which will ensure you are kept busy and be given every opportunity to meet and exceed the stated OTE. In addition, the company’s growth plans mean that for people who want to develop a career the opportunities will be made available.
