GSL Education Watford is seeking applications for a SEND Teacher role at a respected Reading SEN school known for its welcoming and supportive environment. We're seeking a creative and motivated teacher with experience working with students with diverse needs who is eager for a new challenge.

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, excel in the classroom, and demonstrate a willingness to pursue additional professional development opportunities.
Cultivate a supportive and safe learning environment where all students can thrive, develop independence, and life skills.
Deliver high-quality instruction, prioritize student needs, raise standards, and make a positive impact on students' lives.
Uphold high standards of teaching and communication, ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Assist the SENDCo in leading a dedicated team of support staff, maintaining a relentless focus on the quality of learning and fostering a passion for knowledge among students.
To be considered for the SEND Teacher role, you must:

Hold a valid teaching degree, such as a B.Ed. or PGCE with QTS. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.
Possess a child-only enhanced DBS on the Updating Service, or be willing to apply for one through GSL.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive outlook on life and work.
