An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated Practice Manager with a background in leadership and management and with an exceptional ability to manage all aspects and overall performance of the Practice.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 pro rata dependent on experience.
Job Responsibilities
The role will require a good grasp of small business management as you will lead all aspects of general management, including human resources, financial management and planning, health and safety, patient service delivery, risk management and CQC compliance. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of the practice as well as ensuring the wellbeing of the patients and staff.
As a member of the management team the post holder is expected to attend weekly meetings with the senior GP partner, lead receptionist and care coordinator to develop, discuss and report on all aspects of service delivery.
