The Role

There will be multiple aspects to the role which will include, but not be limited to, at least some of the following (which ones will depend upon the skillset you bring to the role)

Administration

Business Supoport to the CEO
Payments / Finance Administration including purchase ledger entry on Xero, checking invoices against orders for authorisation, statement reconciliations & compiling payment runs.Property Rental

Managing a growing portfolio of rental properties
Organising maintenance, inspections, inventories, and certifications
Liaising with Estate Agents for tenant searchesOther

Procuring goods and services
Liaising with suppliers such as architects, planning, utilities, and solicitorsYou

To succeed in this role it's imperative that you have experience of the construction industry with experience of at least one of the above key skillsets.

The Package
