Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Somerset
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus
Accommodation: Available for staff at a charge

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious luxury country club in Somerset. The venue is renowned for its stunning golf course, premium lodges, and is a popular destination for weddings, conferences, and events.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
Ensure exceptional service is provided to all guests, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Manage, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver excellent service.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of weddings, conferences, and events.
Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and ensure cost control while maintaining quality.
Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with all licensing laws. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager 
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Benefits:
