THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join a prestigious Chartered insurance brokerage with over 45 years of industry experience, currently expanding their team of Commercial Account Handlers. With a rich legacy spanning over four decades, our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and fostering professional growth within their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exemplary broking services, ensuring exceptional customer service and positive outcomes for clients.
Cultivate strong working relationships with brokers, insurers, and service providers.
Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal terms for clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues constructively, collaborating with team leaders and management.
Support business placement strategies, adhering to broking team standards, and seeking efficiencies across operations.
PERSON:

Ideal candidates will have experience in an insurance broking capacity with knowledge of Commercial Insurance.
GCSE or equivalent education required, with A Level or degree-level qualifications preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office required; prior experience with broking software preferred.
Strong negotiation and influence skills essential for dealings with insurers and brokers.
