Court Progression Manager / Social Work Professional required to join a statutory Court Service
Office base: Southend-on-Sea City Council

You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
Extensive knowledge of family law and children's legislation including the application of the Public Law Outline and the conduct of Court Cases Ability to use advanced theoretical/practical/procedural/ organisational /policy knowledge across a specialist area
Substantial post qualification experience in social care/safeguarding setting (statutory minimum of 3 years) Ability to analyse and interpret varied and complex information, developing strategies and solutions for long term plansTo be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
