Our client is looking to hire a new Team Leader/Sales Lead with a passion for customer service excellence to join their domestic appliance company.

They are  looking for a team player who is excited about expanding their knowledge of domestic appliances, has a passion for quality work and service, and is open to learning new technologies.

Ideal Candidates Will be or Have:

Proven experience as a sales lead or a similar role in the domestic appliance industry.

Excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.

Ability to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, reports, and inventory.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The Role:-

As a Retail Team Leader/Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations, from generating leads and closing deals to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also manage and motivate the sales team, monitor their performance, and help them achieve their sales goals. Additionally, you will coordinate with the service coordinator to ensure timely and quality delivery and installation of our products, as well as handle any issues or complaints that may arise.

This is an employed role where you will receive a salary plus an occasional bonus from suppliers. You will work from 9-5.30 Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week.
