Job Description
You will report into the VP, Director of Finance.

Your Impact:
Drive forecasting and annual commit process through working with business leads; maintain detailed forecast and master HFM upload files with full personnel and overhead detail
Work with the leads to create budgets and forecast on Software and hosting costs
Ensure budget and forecast including phasings are accurate
Work with brands on IC crosscharges and allocations
Manage month close process and ensure BU’s are accurately stated
JE preparation, financial analysis, HC reconciliation & resolve IC mismatch
Complete and Upload HFM monthly actual and budget forecast
Prepare reports - specify what reports
Prepare presentations to Management
Prepare and audit AWS Monthly reconciliation and accruals
WIP Analysis on monthly basis (Research and Technology items)
Work with HR to prepare annual CSR submissions
Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects
Ensure compliance with Company Policies
Assist with Internal Audit schedules and queries
Coordinate with Global Services to align on global recharges / billing
