With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, we are seeking a skilled Setting Out Engineer to join our team on a contract basis.
Job Description:
As a Setting Out Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Setting out and surveying on Hard landscaping construction sites. i.e. paving etc
* Ensuring that all works are carried out to the required standards and specifications.
* Liaising with site management and subcontractors to coordinate project activities.
* Conducting quality control checks to maintain the highest levels of workmanship.
* Providing technical advice and support to the project team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Setting Out Engineer on hard landscaping projects.
* Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software.
* Strong understanding of construction methods and processes.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
