Finance Business Partner - £70,000 to £80,000 per year – Bracknell (Remote)

FryerMiles are delighted to working with an international technology business to assist with their recruitment of a Finance Business Partner.

The successful candidate with be a proven qualified Finance Business Partner who can play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to key stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a proactive approach to driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making and drive business performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate strategic initiatives, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion opportunities.
Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support as required.
Qualifications:

ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role in a technology or fast-paced environment.
Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus.
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
