Assistant Legal Cashier Responsibilities:
* Provide vital administrative support to the accounts team in Exeter
* Undertake a diverse range of tasks, including document scanning, file retrieval from offsite locations, bank runs, and running errands
* Work on-site at the firm's offices, as this role cannot be performed remotely
* Support colleagues by carrying out tasks both within and outside the office environment
Assistant Legal Cashier Requirements:
* Can-do approach and willingness to support the team and firm
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Confidence in traveling to offsite locations and storage facilities
* Methodical approach and attention to detail for accurate file handling
* Basic understanding of Excel (advantageous but not essential)
* Previous office experience (beneficial but not mandatory)
