Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with their client in the recruitment of an In-house Resourcer role to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a great role working as part of a small recruitment team and assisting with sourcing of top-quality candidates to work across their business. Utilising job boards, glass door, agencies, various social media platforms the key remit of the role will be to engage with, attract and recruit talented individuals, building a strong and diverse talent database to join the group. Day to day duties include:
* Working closely with hiring managers to fully understand and assist with their Resourcing requirements and ensure a sustainable pipeline of talent.
* Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging proposition for current and potential employees.
* Organise and administer selection processes including application questions, online testing, telephone, and video interviews to assist the hiring manager with having the strongest and most suitable candidates at shortlist stage to review for interview.
* Recruitment agency liaison with the goal of building strong relationships
* Working closely with the Resourcing Partner to deliver key projects within the Resourcing agenda, relating to Early Talent, Volume recruiting, experienced roles, and general Employer Brand/reputation etc.
* Design and prepare social media ideas to be implemented in collaboration with the Talent Resourcing Partner to represent the Gleeson Brand and positive attract new talent to the business.
* Undertaking a full selection and vetting process providing shortlists of suitable candidates to hiring managers
* Planning and delivery of the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes attending open days and careers fairs when required.
* Preparing regular metrics, updates, and reports for the Resourcing Partner.
To be considered for the role you must have previous internal or agency recruitment experience. You will be experienced in interviewing, utilising social media platforms in the role and ideally have worked with applicant tracking systems. It goes without saying that you will be engaging and have an articulate and friendly communication style, combined with the ability to multi-task and work under strict timescales.
